Langelinie is a waterfront pier area rather than one identical passenger journey for every ship. Note your ship's name, berth, and gangway location. If a shuttle is offered, confirm its actual pickup point and last departure with the operator or crew. Shuttle arrangements are not a permanent feature of the pier.
Start with the waterfront
The Little Mermaid is the most straightforward classic sight near Langelinie. It works well for a short call, but allow time for crowds and the walk back.
Continue only if your time supports it
Amalienborg and Nyhavn make a logical progression into the city. Decide at each stop whether you still have a comfortable return margin.
Use the same confirmed return point
On the way back, follow the berth details you saved at the start. If the weather, mobility, or timing has changed, take a taxi to the correct pier area rather than pushing through a long walk.
Which itinerary fits?
The two-hour itinerary is a compact waterfront plan. A four-hour visit can include Nyhavn and more of the centre if the total shore time allows it. Those guide durations describe sightseeing, so add the walk to and from your ship separately.
